Vanessa Earp
Associate Professor, Head of Instructional Services – University Libraries, and Librarian for the College of Education, Health & Human Services

Vanessa is an associate professor at Kent State with research interests in plagiarism education and information literacy in teacher education. She earned her MLS (with a k-12 media certification) from Indiana University and her MS in Education (reading specialization) from Texas A&M University-Kingsville campus. She is currently working on her doctoral degree in higher education administration and is focusing on the academic libraries role in plagiarism education. In 2005 she joined the faculty of University Libraries at Kent State as the education librarian and is now librarian for the College of Education, Health, & Human Services as well as Head of Instructional Services. She is active professionally at the national, state, and local level.
