Teen Librarian at Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library
Christina Getrost has been the teen librarian at Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library for 17 years, with seven years of prior experience as a children's librarian at the Kent Free Library. She serves on the Virginia Hamilton Conference on Multicultural Literature for Youth advisory board, the Norman A. Sugarman Children's Biography Award jury, and the Six District Compact Reading and Writing Festival planning committee. Christina loves to supervise Kent State University MLIS practicum experience students! In her spare time when not reading, Christina can be found playing board games, or watching too much tv, or going to the movies, hiking, biking, and taking a ton of photographs of everything.
