  2. Select the title or item and choose Manage Holdings.
  3. Select the Call Number that matches your item.
  4. Once you have located the item(s) you would like to batch modify, use the list icon to open the Batch Create/Modify screen.
  5. To Modify items in Batch, click the box(es) next to the item(s) you would like to modify.
  6. Click the Batch Modify button.
  7. You will then choose what fields you would like to modify. You can choose from Item Type, Price, Genre, and more.
  8. Once you’ve made your selections, click Modify to make the changes. The selections indicated will apply to the items checked in the list view previously.
  9. You have the option of undoing the changes you made if necessary.
