High school students learn about a variety of technology careers including game development, hacktivism, and web design while meeting Ohio’s Learning Standards in reading, writing, math, social studies, and fine arts in this INFOhio career exploration unit. Each unit includes four lesson plans and activities, suggestions for differentiation, assessments, rubrics, and graphic organizers. Related websites and resources, tech skill practice, and reading lists for independent reading, offer options to extend the learning. This unit can be used in the classroom, as the basis of a substitute plan, or sent home to support extended or remote learning opportunities.
