Webinar date: Thursday, February 19 2015, 10:30 AM
Reading research papers (and writing them) can seem artificial, even boring. But by using the cloud, teachers can implement more authentic, research-based projects that allow students to not only hone research skills, but also implement 21st century skills demanded in the world outside of the classroom. By deconstructing a project completed in an Ohio classroom, webinar participants will learn new strategies and be introduced to a variety of cloud-based tools to use when conducting research-based projects with students. Tools included: GoogleApps, Diigo, Symbaloo, Blackboard, and various presentation programs.
