Empowering Students to be Creators: Using Online Tools for Digital Storytelling in All Content Areas
Although project-based learning continues to be a popular goal in classrooms, it can be difficult to implement for many content area teachers. Join Brandi Young, INFOhio Integration Librarian, and Emily Colpi, Librarian & Digital Learning Coach at Mariemont High School, to find new ways to empower your students to be creators of their own learning by integrating digital storytelling into standards-aligned projects. Encourage your students to gain knowledge and skills, while helping them learn to investigate authentic questions and problems for real-world learning. Explore INFOhio’s new resource, Book Nook: A Gallery of Student Creations, for free resources to create book trailers, other digital storytelling projects and examples of student work in this webinar.
