SketchUp Pro License Renewed Through 2018-19 School Year
All Ohio public school districts can request free access to Trimble SketchUp Pro, a 3D graphics software program.
To get access, a district representative needs to complete the application. (We suggest local education agencies have the Technology Coordinator or a Technology Staff person complete the application because of the licensing process involved.)
NOTE: Requests are reviewed weekly (usually Fridays). Please be patient while we collect and review requests.
Different versions of SketchUp Pro are available for Ohio's Public Schools. The following table should help determine what will be best for your school:
|SketchUp Pro 2015||SketchUp Pro 2016||SketchUp Pro 2017|
|Windows OS 7+, 8+, 10||Windows OS 7+, 8+, 10||Windows OS 7+, 8+, 10|

Special note regarding private schools: Trimble does not issue license grants to individual or private schools. However, Trimble does offer highly discounted SketchUp Pro EDU licenses to schools, for as little as $15 per seat, per year. Please see the SketchUp licensing information page, with links to their network of resellers who can fulfill your request. All schools are also permitted to download and use the free product, SketchUp Make.
