Questioning Using GO! Ask, Act, Achieve

A focused topic with good guiding questions can set students up for success early in the inquiry process. Build confidence in students by using resources located in the Ask section of GO!

  1. Locate GO! Ask, Act, Achieve on the INFOhio website.
  2. Click on What problem do I want to solve?
  3. Scroll through the resources. Select a website or graphic organizer that will help your students choose a research topic.

Questioning Using Research 4 Success 

As topics of inquiry and research become increasingly complex in high school, students continue to need guidance and support in maintaining a focused topic and generating good questions to guide inquiry. Consider the need for instructional resources as they progress from high school to college and career writing and inquiry. 

  1. Locate Research 4 Success on the INFOhio website.
  2. Click the Module 1: Asking Good Questions button.
  3. Review the activities in the Learn module. Select an activity you will use with your students to help them learn how to develop a research topic.
