New INFOhio Learning Pathway Launched to Support Teachers of Students in Grades 6-12

Author // Erica Clay Friday, 07 February 2020

INFOhio has launched a new Learning Pathway to give teachers of students in grades 6-12 another option for flexible, personalized training. By completing classes in the INFOhio Learning Pathways, educators learn how to integrate INFOhio's digital content and web tools into classroom instruction.

INFOhio's digital tools and resources for teachers and students in grades 6-12 support the Ohio Learning Standards, provide a foundation for the inquiry process that connects classroom learning with real-world applications, and transform students into educators, researchers, and advocates. The 6-12 Digital Content Learning Pathway uses the inquiry process as the foundation while delving into resources that students use in grades 6-12. Educators can complete classes in the INFOhio Learning Pathways at no cost to earn contact hour certificates.

Classes currently available in this pathway include Introduction to INFOhio, What is Inquiry?, and World Book Student and Advanced. Additional classes will be added to the pathway this spring and will focus on IWonder, Points of View Reference Center, Explora for Grades 6-8 and 9-12, and more.
