Connectivity Champions Help Connect Students to Home Internet

Author // INFOhio Staff Thursday, 15 July 2021

Students and families struggling with home internet access this summer can rely on the RemotEDx Connectivity Champions for help.

Powered by the Management Council, Ohio’s RemotEDx Connectivity Champions are the “boots-on-the-ground” support working to remove home internet barriers for students and their families. Connectivity Champions help families with internet connectivity, finding affordable internet, and troubleshooting an existing connection. Families that qualify for a lower internet bill through the Emergency Broadband Benefit can lean on a Connectivity Champion for assistance with the application process.

The RemotEDx Connectivity Champions can be reached from 8:00am-8:00pm Monday through Friday at (844) K12-OHIO (844) 512-6446, by email at connectme@ohio-k12.help, or on the web at www.ohio-k12.help/remotedx/.
