MultiLIS: Author Added Entries (700 Tags)

Question:  Why do author added entries (700 tag) show up as authors in MultiLIS? I don’t like this. Is this a fault with the MultiLIS software?

Answer:  In the Web2 OPAC this is not the case. Author added entries will not display in the author location. They will display as "Other authors."

However, in the text version author added entries (700 tag) will display with the author UNLESS turned off in policies. The display of added entries can be set to "NO" in the bibliographic record display in the text version of MultiLIS.

  - Local Policy Management
    - Search the Online Catalog
      - Display fields (Bibliographic Records)
        - Line 16 - Added entries
