is placed on resources to support INFOhio's five components.
Choose to Read Ohio spotlights Ohio authors
and promotes reading across the state. The program is sponsored by the
State Library of Ohio,
in partnership with the
Ohioana Library Association.
Using Choose to Read Ohio in School: A Tipsheet for K-12 Educators
includes information about available toolkits, Ohio Academic Content
Standards, 21st century skills and standards, suggested activities and this

- Collects a range of websites and documents. Resources are organized in
sections of general, teacher/librarian, student and administrator interest.
INFOhio and Ohio's Academic Content
Standards collects resources to assist educators in aligning and
locating resources that support instruction. Included
is a process to display Academic Content Standard benchmarks with supporting grade
level indicators; contents are formatted for copy/paste into a MARC record.

INFOhio's 21st Century Learning
Commons - A place to learn and share 21st century teaching and
learning resources and practice ideas. Includes 21
Essential Things, a series of self-directed tutorials for Ohio
educators to explore and engage in second generation Internet
technologies (Web 2.0, such as social networking, wikis, video,
podcasting and gaming sites) that are bringing students in touch with
the world.
INFOhio's Toolkit provides educators and parents with the supplies and resources
needed to get the school year off to a great start and to ensure continued success
throughout the year Use the Toolkit to help understand and promote the use
of INFOhio's Core Collection of Electronic Resources.
