INFOhio relays this abridged message from EBSCO Publishing.
Dear EBSCO Publishing Customer:
Less than a year ago, we launched a complete redesign of EBSCO's Support Site. The site
features basic and advanced searching of EBSCO's database of Frequently Asked
Questions (FAQs) and support materials. In addition, we provide access to the Customer
Success Center, which offers over 100 free tools for library administrators,
including a growing repository of best practice Success Stories from EBSCO
customers.
