Memo to Returning Vendors for Preview

RE: INFOhio Electronic Resources Vendor Preview 2005
Thank you for your company's past participation in INFOhio's Electronic Resources Vendor
Preview, our program to coordinate discounted prices on selected resources that support
the curriculum of Ohio's K-12 schools. INFOhio invites you to participate in the next
edition, Preview 2005. The Preview consists of a Web-based preview of vendor
products from January 15 through March 15, 2005. Another component is an online,
password-protected, Price List containing vendor pricing and
ordering information that is available to all Ohio K-12 schools by early January 2005.
There is no printed price list for Preview 2005.
Participation in Preview 2005 requires vendors to offer discounted pricing and a free
two-month online product preview for Ohio schools from January 15 to March 15. There is no
fee to add your products to Preview 2005. Here are the steps required of all participants:
1. Go to the Vendor Support for Preview
2005 page.
2. Review the Selection Criteria to determine if your products meet the
requirements for participation in Preview 2005. [MS Word OR PDF 1 pg]
3. Review the Timelines for Preview 2005 Price List and Web Page to determine
if you will be able to complete the necessary steps by the proposed deadlines. [MS Word OR PDF 1 pg] To participate in Preview 2005, all
information for the online Price List 2005 AND the Web Page
Online Preview 2005 must be received no later than November 19, 2004.
4. On this same page you will find a link to last year's Preview 2004, which
will serve as a sample of the framework and scope of previous Previews. Please note: If
your company wants to include a new product in Preview 2005, please use the Prospective Vendor Submission Form linked from the
Vendor Support page.The deadline to submit new products for possible
inclusion in Preview 2005 is Monday, November 1, 2004.
