IVDL sessions announced
Proceed to INFOhio's Core Collection of Electronic Resources.Several IVDL sessions are part of INFOhio's Professional Development Opportunities for the first semester of 2006-2007. Designed for Ohio's K-12 educators, the free sessions vary in length, between 60 and 90 minutes. There are seven topics in the series that explain various aspects of INFOhio's Core Collection of Electronic Resources and OAIMC's Digital Video Collection. Please note that registration closes about a week prior to each session, so it is too late for a few topics. However, whenever presenters provide handouts and URLs, INFOhio adds those links to our summary page.

There are two ways to participate. Districts/Buildings with IVDL capability can organize their own sessions. Use the Site Registration Form to add your location to the network. Then, promote your location to your colleagues.

A second method is for those willing to drive to one of the seven regional locations that have agreed to host IVDL sessions. Register online to reserve seats; note that each location has a maximum number of participants. Descriptions for all sessions, a list of regional sites and a link for online registration are at INFOhio IVDL Sessions, Fall 2006. Here's a list of the remaining topics:
