To apply the release you need to login from a fully privileged account and: 

1. $ SET DEFAULT INFOHIO_ROOT:[000000] 
2. $ SET PROCESS/PRIVILEGES=ALL 
3. $ @INFOHIO_ROOT:[UTILITIES]INSTALL 20030207

This will break apart the release saveset, update many of your INFOHIO_ROOT directories and create the release subdirectory. 
4. $ @INFOHIO_ROOT:[UTILITIES]BUILD 20030207

This will link all the new programs and copy them into the INFOHIO_ROOT:[SYSTEM] directory. 
5. Proceed with the Web2 20030207 Installation and Wcirc Installation
6. When convenient, stop and start the Orbix Server.  Instructions can be found on page 38 of the Web2 System Manager documentation. This must be completed before starting the Wcirc server.

Enhancements in this release:

• MultiLIS Patch P020911 has been included.

• Cat/Cat Jr.

  Wsearch no longer displays the 450 tag cross referenced authorities when doing an authority search. This reduces the "blind leads" in the authority results screen by about 90%. However, not displaying these cross references may also result in some searches not being redirected to actual titles. Wcirc is the new MultiLIS module providing circulation information to Web2. Please see the Web2 Installation Instruction (20030207) and Wcirc Intallation Instructions for more information

• INFOhio_Root:[System]

  Bug fixes and minor enhancements have been made to the patron update procedures, barcode procedures, and LoadMARC.

• INFOhio_Root:[Utilities]:

  The utility CADM_DUP_Single_Branch.com will allow the DASite staff to extract entries for a particular branch from a CADM_DUP report. The utility Last_Weeks_Loans.com can be used to generate a list of loans made at a specified branch 7 days ago (a parameter can be used to indicate the number of days desired).  A district requested this so they could quickly determine which items were overdue each day.  We have placed this in the scheduler to run daily.  The results are e-mailed to everyone specified in the INFOhio_Root:[Site_Specific]UC_OCLC_Mail.Dat file.

  OCLC Request Report	CAT_OCLC.CMD	Provided option to sort by Date bib. record was created rather than always sorting by Title.  When cleaning up records, sorting by date will allow the user to identify the outstanding OCLC requests that are the oldest.  The date cataloged is also included on the report.
  Items That Have Not Circulated Since (I neglected to include this report in my original release notes - updated on 20-MAR-2003)	CAT_UNUSED.CMD	New report of items that have not had an update to their status since a specified date.  This same information can be generated via the shelf list report, but users found the instructions too confusing, so this variation of the shelf list report was created to help lead the users as they clean up records in preparation for a transition to Unicorn.
