Learning Commons Video Introduction: Now Playing!

Dear Colleagues,

With more than 750 members – and more joining every day – INFOhio's 21 Century Learning Commons is proving its worth to Ohio educators. A new video helps explain the Learning Commons to site visitors. The program is less than nine minutes long but provides a comprehensive overview for those not yet familiar with Learning Commons content and procedures. The video is particularly useful for staff and department meetings.

Here's the path to the video. Start at the Learning Commons home page, http://learningcommons.infohio.org/. Click on the Get Started link in the main menu or next to the first paragraph of text. The video is near the top of the page. Click the Play Now button in the image montage. Your computer's Flash Player should start the video right away. Or, use the link for the full-screen version. As part of the Learning Commons introduction, the video does not require a member login. INFOhio thanks our colleagues at EBSCO Publishing for assistance in producing the new video.

INFOhio's 21st Century Learning Commons includes opportunities to earn graduate credit and CEUs, while helping Ohio educators learn how to integrate the Four Cs (critical thinking and problem solving, communication, collaboration and creativity) into instruction. Encourage classroom teachers and administrators to become engaged in the Learning Commons by completing the modules and participating in this exciting learning community!
